About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst in Sales Operations is responsible for leading the development of planning, evaluation, and assessment of corporate initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and proposing strategic alternatives to enhance Ryder's market position, providing actionable insights for strategy development, and facilitating decision-making through ongoing business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support management in developing planning, evaluation, and assessment of corporate initiatives.
• Propose strategic alternatives to enhance Ryder's market position.
• Provide actionable competitive analysis and insights to feed strategy development.
• Facilitate tactical decision-making through periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Develop recommendations for profit improvement and shareholder value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Five (5) years or more post MBA experience preferred.
• Five (5) years or more experience in a corporate Finance Department within a Fortune 500 Company or consulting firm preferred.
• Prior salesforce experience necessary.
