About the position

RevSpring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its accounting team. This role is pivotal in analyzing and reporting key financial data, contributing to financial reporting, and developing metrics to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate financial data to Senior Management.
• Coordinate pricing strategy by creating, streamlining, and approving pricing and SOWs as standard practice.
• Support key decision-making processes with independent financial and operational analysis.
• Prepare internal and external pricing presentations.
• Complete ad-hoc finance projects and analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to summarize and analyze complex data into meaningful reports.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, and CAC.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and operational efficiency within a SaaS environment.
