About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple departments. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing complex financial data and reports, monitoring trends, and formulating strategies to provide insights to key executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budget and cost reviews, analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and plans to drive operational improvements.
• Prepare monthly consolidation, review, and reconciliation of business unit financials.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling by consolidating large data sets and building or improving financial models.
• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis, while preparing financial reporting and other analytics.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Work with business leads to summarize and analyze key financial data.
• Provide financial support and manage communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, math, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in financial analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and knowledge in budgeting, consolidation, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
