About the position

We have a client here in Atlanta, GA seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks that are crucial to the company's success. This includes financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, P&L management, data analytics, and profitability analysis. The analyst will serve as a key finance contact for business leaders across the organization, providing actionable insights and analysis to optimize growth and profitability. Additionally, the role will support the annual budgeting process, special projects, and ad-hoc analysis, making it a vital position within the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, P&L management, data analytics, and profitability analysis.
• Serve as a key finance contact for business leaders across the organization.
• Provide actionable insights and analysis to optimize growth and profitability.
• Support the annual budgeting process, special projects, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience with the full P&L, both revenue and expense
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience managing large data sets
• Strong financial modeling skills (creating from scratch)
• Experience with COGS, CAPEX and OPEX is a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analysis experience
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards
