Senior Financial Analyst

About the position

CIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and managing the Company's budget and financial model, as well as producing the board-level financial statements and key metrics reporting, providing critical data driving our company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advance financial and Excel skills to create and maintain fully linked three-statement models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Take ownership of the production of the board package financial statements.
• Generate comprehensive reports on the company's key metrics, including sales and operational reports, to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Employ Power BI to visualize data and present insights in an accessible format for stakeholders.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to inform financial strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and streamline reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to the CFO and other executive team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with SSRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
