About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at Aramark will provide financial support and oversight to various lines of business, focusing on companywide financial planning and analysis activities. This role involves collaborating with finance leadership and business units to deliver financial analysis, reporting, and insights that aid in evaluating business performance and identifying risks and opportunities. The analyst will also coordinate initiatives and develop ad-hoc financial reports to support strategic and business planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidates, analyzes and reports monthly, quarterly and annual financial results against key performance indicators.
  • Provides variance explanations and conducts risks and opportunities analysis for financial results.
  • Supports the actuals and forecast process with analysis and ad hoc reporting for assigned regions and Total Company.
  • Builds and maintains company-wide templates and reports for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Prepares financial presentations for senior leadership meetings, including Executive Leadership Team decks.
  • Assists with the annual strategic planning process and supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
  • Creates insightful and dynamic reporting using Aramark supplied software tools.
  • Supports the Quarterly Operating Review process with analysis, templates, and reporting for lines of business.
  • Drives key initiatives in support of financial objectives and special projects supporting enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business or a related subject.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and diverse teams.
  • Strong project coordination and prioritization skills.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Sound judgment and adaptability to new situations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
