About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at SRG Global will play a crucial role in enhancing plant performance and operational strategies to maximize value and support profitable growth. This position involves close collaboration with the leadership team, focusing on analyzing P&L drivers, providing operational guidance, and conducting strategic analyses. The role serves as a pathway to management within the FP&A team, with responsibilities that include financial analysis, reporting, and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the plant leadership team to drive operational performance through analysis and reporting.
• Own the P&L and provide insightful commentary on financial and operational results.
• Support strategic initiatives focusing on asset strategy and profitable commercial expansion.
• Develop financial analyses and business scenarios to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Foster knowledge sharing between plants to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain an effective internal controls environment to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Support GAAP financial audits and related capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business field.
• Experience in operations finance, internal audit, controlling, strategic planning, or business unit finance roles.
• Experience in data gathering, analysis, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a global company.
• Experience in an operations finance role.
• Leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring.
• Experience with business analysis and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Hyperion, SQL.
