About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at CommuniCare Corporate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position involves gathering cost and related data to produce internal healthcare reports, conducting ad hoc studies, and fulfilling regulatory requests. The analyst will also create and maintain Excel workbooks to track performance metrics and medical cost data, working closely with the CFO to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely monthly reporting package completion and distribution.
• Create and review reports, analyze variances, and distribute to management.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Create a relationship with Corporate partners and produce reporting package utilized by both organizations.
• Assist Accountant Role by collecting, organizing, and sharing relevant data.
• Assist leadership with collecting support and tracking during various audits.
• Function well in a start-up type environment, prioritizing and shifting focus when competing priorities emerge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare organization.
• Ability to interpret data and present clear and concise reporting.
• Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Excellent Excel skills are required.
• Database experience a plus.
• Superior organizational skills and strong task management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers.
