Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements and reports
• Track KPIs and help to prepare financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
• Understand key business drivers
• Assist project teams with financial guidance
• Develop financial projections and build insightful and dynamic financial models
• Perform research and analysis as required
• Communicate financial metrics and business implications to stakeholders throughout the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; progress toward CPA/CFA is a plus
• 2-4 years of proven finance experience, either in a corporate finance function or professional services
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling and an understanding of the principles of budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is a plus
• Strong data visualization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
