About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee the preparation of financial models, long-range plans, and operational performance analyses to ensure alignment with company objectives. They will partner with leadership teams across functions, providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation, improve financial performance, and identify growth opportunities. This position requires a highly analytical, organized, and strategic thinker who excels at solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and SG&A, to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Key contributor in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide insightful variance analysis and identify key trends impacting financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards to support decision-making. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly operating reviews (MOR), executive dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support the financial integration of acquisitions by consolidating financial systems, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize synergies and value realization.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation within FP&A activities. Champion best practices in financial analysis and reporting, leveraging tools like BI & HFM.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and resource allocation efficiency by implementing advanced data analysis techniques and scenario planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or eCommerce environment, in an Accounting/Finance or Analyst role is required.
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent professional written, verbal and presentation skills to all audiences.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude to learn new systems and skills quickly.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize assignments, work independently, and manage workload within established deadlines.
