About The Position

We have been engaged by an industry leading, Atlanta-based large company in its search for an experienced Senior Financial / FP&A Analyst. The company offers a highly competitive compensation package, executive level exposure, track record of promoting from within, and the opportunity to build out best practices in the Finance function and support the business. This team offers hybrid flexibility. The SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST will support the business with reporting, financial analysis, incentive/sales compensation analysis, and forecasting. This will include building financial models, full P&L support, and using data to drive actionable intelligence for business decision making. This role will have exposure both to business and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant FP&A, reporting and analysis experience.
• Experience helping to develop and analyze Sales/Incentive compensation programs to drive business growth.
• Expert level Excel proficiency and experience working with other reporting and forecasting tools.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated creativity to find ways to obtain data and present meaningful insights.
• Track record of career stability and career progression.
