About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at Dutch Bros Coffee plays a crucial role in supporting Corporate Finance and Operations teams by developing and managing financial models and executive-level presentations. This position is integral for planning and managing G&A expenses, requiring exceptional analytical and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The analyst will help management forecast, budget, and interpret business results, providing insights into the financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the Finance team and Business Segment team on forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and other financial reporting.
• Act as a business partner for the assigned business segment to build connectivity.
• Support the continuous development and implementation of process improvements.
• Provide variance analysis and communicate financial results.
• Develop and report specific performance metrics, including marketing ROI and brand valuation.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and present recommended solutions for process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to provide intelligent commentary on financial results and ensure consistency in external reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• A minimum of 3 years of financial or business analysis experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to articulate complex data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
