About the position

The Corporate Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the long-term strategic planning of the organization. This position involves leading the capital planning process, modeling business development opportunities, and performing commercial analysis. The analyst will work closely with executive leadership and must be adaptable to fulfill various ad hoc requests to aid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's capital planning process.
• Model new business development opportunities.
• Perform commercial analysis.
• Assist with board of director meeting preparation.
• Support the CFO's quarterly lender calls.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor performance against budget/forecast and provide variance explanations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential financial outcomes and impacts.
• Prepare and distribute financial analyses on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• MBA with 4 - 5 years related experience
• Thorough computer-based analytical skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics and financial statement relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical & ability to prioritize workflow
• Ability to deliver high quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines
• Strong verbal, written and in-person communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

• $105,000 - $115,000 salary plus 5% bonus
