About the position

The Sr. Financial Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Market CFO, providing essential financial and analytical support for clinic operations in Georgia. This high-profile role involves preparing monthly financial reports, conducting variance analyses, and developing financial models to assist management in decision-making. The analyst will interact with various levels of management and physicians, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated and utilized across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue, volume, expense, and productivity trends by site, service line, and provider
  • Compile monthly and quarterly KPIs and financial operating results
  • Provide financial analytical support to site managers, regional directors, and senior management
  • Perform actual to budget variance analysis and develop projections
  • Develop and maintain models/proformas to evaluate financial results for new service lines, equipment purchases, and de novo offices
  • Manage the monthly MOR process by gathering information on KPIs and financial operating results
  • Build dashboards and reports using Sigma and Power BI
  • Lead the annual budget process for Georgia market practices
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as directed

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage large data sets and write complex formulas
  • Advanced Power Point skills for building Executive-level reporting packages
  • Experience using NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience using a data warehouse and analytical tools to create reports and dashboards
  • Experience using Power BI or similar analytical tools
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience; Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience working with Workday, Snowflake, and other business intelligence reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment
