About the position

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) at Epsilon is responsible for implementing new technology and supporting existing solutions related to Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. This role involves working closely with various teams to manage the Xactly Sales Compensation tool, ensuring effective configuration, testing, and maintenance of sales compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system.
• Configure, test, and implement sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent, including report and dashboard creation.
• Gather and document processes for new sales compensation plans, determining overall design and system integrations.
• Work directly with finance, accounting, and internal IT teams to ensure system functionality.
• Develop and coordinate training for Sales Compensation Team administrators and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration, or development.
• Experience with commission tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling for validation of configuration.
• General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales Compensation, Financial reporting, or project management experience.
• Additional experience with other enterprise analytical systems.
• Proficiency in problem solving.
• Experience with Xactly Incent.
