About the position

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) at Epsilon is responsible for implementing new technology and supporting existing solutions related to Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure the effective use of the Xactly Sales Compensation tool, focusing on system configuration, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system.
• Configure, test, and implement sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent.
• Create reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Sales Compensation team.
• Gather and document processes for new sales compensation plans.
• Determine overall design and system integrations for compensation plans.
• Provide training and guidance to Sales Compensation Team administrators on system use and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration, or development.
• Experience with commission tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling.
• General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales Compensation, Financial reporting, or project management experience.
• Additional experience with other enterprise analytical systems.
• Proficiency in problem solving.
• Experience with Xactly Incent.
