Take the lead in advancing salmonid conservation along the Hanford Reach of the Columbia River by managing research programs focused on artificial propagation, natural population and hatchery/wild interaction studies. Drive long-term research planning, experimental design, and evaluation of mitigation efforts at Priest Rapids and Ringold Hatcheries, oversee a research team, supervise scientific technicians, and manage a ~$1.5 million biennial budget in collaboration stakeholders.
