About the position

The Senior Fixed Operations Manager at Nissan is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Aftersales operations across assigned dealerships. This role involves conducting dealership visits, providing consultative coaching, and implementing action plans to improve customer experience, dealer profitability, and loyalty. The manager will analyze dealership performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards while fostering strong relationships with dealership staff and management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine dealership visits to assess Aftersales operations and provide consultative coaching.
  • Identify areas of improvement and partner with dealerships to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Monitor and promote service staff expertise and training, including Technician Certification.
  • Review and assess marketing and advertising plans for dealerships, aligning them with national initiatives.
  • Perform dealer financial statement analysis to recommend performance improvement opportunities.
  • Educate dealership personnel on current incentive programs and ensure compliance with rules for incentive payments.
  • Evaluate dealership sell-out and sell-in data to improve profitability and client retention.
  • Assist with market representation issues and analyze competing dealerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • At least 3 years of analytical experience in specialties such as Sales Ops, Dealer Agreements, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a dealer contact support role (WDM, FOM, FSM, or DOM).
  • Previous supervisory experience and experience in a sales capacity is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and sales-related systems.
