About the position

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is a crucial role within Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc., responsible for supporting the consolidation of budgets and forecasts for Central Functions and the Commercial Center of Excellence Finance. This position focuses on developing repeatable reporting and analysis processes, collaborating with various functional leaders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and recurring forecasts for Central Functions, including modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data.
• Develop and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial CoE Finance.
• Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Central Function performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports for Central and Commercial Function leadership.
• Communicate financial results and forecasts to Central Function budget owners in a clear and actionable manner.
• Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with financial modeling and proficiency with spreadsheet programs and financial modeling development.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or similar
• Previous experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Oracle PBCS.
