Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and implementation of multiple significant business reports
• Coordinates the business plan and rolling business management process for HQ, Intercompany, and Capital Expenditures
• Provide technical expertise and support the business processes utilizing business analysis techniques

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired
• Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs
• Ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders
• Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
• Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
• Knowledge of functions, features and capabilities of financial and accounting systems
• Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling

• Proficiency in preparing thorough briefings and consultations for business decisions
• Proven track record of managing financial and administrative support functions to ensure financial objectives are fully achieved
• Experience in assessing existing and proposed financial plans and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Skilled in analyzing complex financial data and compiling detailed reports
• Extensive experience in performing full cycle accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Proficiency in managing fixed assets, capital leases, and improving the month-end close process
• Strong background in implementing accounting standards and performing goodwill impairment tests
• Strong presence and ability to build trust through effective communication
• Skilled in influencing high-impact, high-risk, and highly complex situations
