The position offers high-level exposure to C-Suite executives and requires strong collaboration across departments, making effective communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
• Prepare presentations for C-Suite executives using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
