About the position

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in the Operations FP&A team, focusing on global forecasting and planning processes. This position involves delivering strategic insights through data analysis, supporting management decisions, and enhancing financial performance within the Cloud Software Group. The analyst will work independently, manage projects, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to influence operational policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.
• Work independently under limited supervision.
• Manage entire projects or processes within the job area.
• Make improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance job performance.
• Solve complex problems that require understanding of multiple issues and job areas.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, including customers and vendors.
• Influence operational policies and practices at various levels.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees in the job area.
• Manage projects, delegating work and reviewing others' work products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a University Degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management is preferred.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and solve moderately complex problems.
