About the position

The Division Senior FP&A Analyst at Regal Rexnord plays a vital role in enhancing the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. This hybrid position, based in Milwaukee, involves collaboration with various teams to optimize financial processes and provide insights for business decision-making. The analyst will support monthly operating reviews, annual plans, and long-range planning, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans, and long-range plans; collaborate with segment and finance teams to optimize and streamline processes across Regal Rexnord.
  • Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis. Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements.
  • Leverage analytical skills and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data; effectively translate data into insights for business decision making.
  • Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and M&A activity.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.
  • Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
