Vanguard's Financial Analysts provide consultative support to our internal clients by preparing analyses and models that allow them to make the right strategic decisions. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to understand their business' financial needs and aid in the annual planning process. You will be an integral part of the business landscape and a steward of Vanguard's success. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will partner with Senior Leadership and their management teams to prepare financial analyses and models. This includes developing forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing insights that drive business performance. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders and making recommendations based on your analyses. Your ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner will be crucial in influencing decision-making processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in the budgeting process, ensuring that financial plans align with the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. You will need to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights that can enhance Vanguard's financial strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements
