About the position

The Operations FP&A team at Cloud Software Group is a high-performing group that leverages data to provide strategic insights, support decision-making, and enhance operational performance. The role involves participating in the global forecasting and planning process, producing accurate reporting, and conducting customized financial analysis to aid management decisions, ultimately impacting the success of the Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.
• Work independently under limited supervision.
• Be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area.
• Make improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance job performance.
• Solve complex problems that may require understanding of broader issues.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, including customers and vendors.
• Influence operational policies, practices, and procedures.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
• Manage projects, including delegating work and reviewing others' work products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD without experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management is preferred.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and handle moderately complex problems.
