About the position

Nature's Sunshine is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to corporate executives and various business units. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to present complex information fluidly. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial modeling, reporting, and strategic planning, contributing to the overall business strategy and financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the consolidation of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the entire global business.
  • Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess business strategies and quantify risks/opportunities.
  • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, CAO, and top management.
  • Partner with the business intelligence team to create and maintain business reporting and variance analysis.
  • Support the company's strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools and capabilities.
  • Monitor performance against business plans to achieve financial and growth objectives.
  • Anticipate and identify business opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy by developing financial models that focus on finance-related aspects.
  • Evaluate total company performance and its impact on future performance.
  • Improve financial processes and capabilities for sound business decisions.
  • Support global sales and cost initiatives through analysis and performance reviews.
  • Build insightful and timely reporting regarding business results and KPIs.
  • Perform special projects and support new product introductions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar business discipline.
  • Minimum of 2+ years related experience in financial analysis or planning.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally within an organization.
  • Ability to utilize financial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and a high degree of organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization, DCF modeling, statistical analysis, and break-even analysis.
