About the position

The Senior Front End Angular Developer will support the development of the Securities Center application suite, focusing on building the front end for various financial applications. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and participating in the full systems life cycle. The developer will be responsible for coding, testing, and maintaining application software while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and identify program interactions and interfaces between components.
• Make recommendations for new code development or reuse of existing code.
• Recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for business needs and problem resolution.
• Participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Provide technical advice and assist in solving programming problems.
• Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
• Work on bug resolution and application improvements, focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Participate actively in discussions, presentations, and decisions about front-end development and application design.
• Occasionally work a non-standard shift, including nights and/or weekends, and may have on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience writing complex front-end applications using Angular or similar frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Java certifications preferred but not required.
