About the position

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Front End Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, for a six-month contract. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with a strong background in frontend technologies and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in backend services and a deep understanding of HTML/CSS, particularly in responsive design. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS is essential, as is experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern JavaScript features (ES6+). The role requires proficiency in frontend frameworks and libraries, specifically Angular, along with state management libraries like NGRX or Redux. Experience with micro frontend architecture and module federation is highly desirable. The candidate should also be knowledgeable about web components and have a solid understanding of testing and build tools, including frameworks such as Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, or Cypress, as well as build tools like Webpack. Performance optimization skills are crucial, with an emphasis on optimizing web performance through techniques such as lazy loading and minimizing HTTP requests. A good eye for design and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles are necessary to ensure that the applications developed are not only functional but also user-friendly. Additionally, knowledge of SEO principles will be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities
