Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for our virtual sales agents.
• Architect advanced UIs for multi-modal AI agents, ensuring accessibility for non-technical users.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex AI interactions, focusing on modular design and advanced visualizations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and data scientists to integrate complex AI features into the front end, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement front-end solutions that adhere to top security and data privacy standards, including secure authentication and compliance.
• Continuously improve front-end performance, focusing on load times, latency, and scalability as user and AI complexity grow.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Guide junior engineers through complex challenges, conduct thorough code reviews, and support their professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience building front-end software applications in React.
• Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced, high-performance engineering teams.
• Expert in TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Deep knowledge of Next.js, Webpack, and Babel for building scalable web applications.
• Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs for efficient data fetching.
• Strong command of CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, and Sass for advanced UI styling.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization in development workflows.
• Strong eye for detail in designing user-friendly interfaces.
• Skilled in translating complex AI functionalities into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with Figma or Sketch for design collaboration.
• Ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects from concept to production.
• Expertise in architecting maintainable and scalable front-end systems.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions.
• Proficient in working within Scrum and Agile development frameworks.
