About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Typescript to join our healthcare technology team. This role involves designing and refining our admin dashboard to enhance user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, high-performing, and visually appealing. The engineer will act as a bridge between frontend and backend teams, guiding best practices and contributing to the overall quality of our healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain a high-quality, performant UI that enhances user interaction.
• Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to align on feature design and API requirements.
• Take ownership of frontend testing workflows, ensuring stability and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers, guiding best practices in UI/UX and code quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with frontend development, including expertise in React + Typescript.
• Experience architecting scalable web applications, ideally with Next.js and an interest in SvelteKit.
• Background in CI/CD, automated testing, and a commitment to high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for end-users.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Golang, API and SDK development.
• Experience working in healthcare tech.
