About The Position
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy to over 1 billion users globally. The company is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for its Ads Platform team, which is dedicated to delivering reliable and performant platforms and services that meet customer needs. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and continuously improving TikTok Ads software, with a strong focus on optimizing the performance of Ads frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and be able to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while working in a fast-paced environment alongside PM and R&D teams globally. The Ads Platform and Interfaces teams are committed to technical excellence and customer focus, and they are looking for software engineers who are eager to grow their business understanding and build highly scalable and reliable software. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures. The successful candidate will also be proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue. Experience with advertisement technology and familiarity with back-end technologies and databases are considered a plus, but not mandatory.
