As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing governance solutions for TikTok Shop in the US, contributing to risk management, moderation, and service care scenarios. Your work will directly impact the customer experience through quantitative service monitoring and operational dashboards, making it essential for the success of our e-commerce initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the frontend development of various governance solutions, ensuring that our platform remains user-friendly and efficient. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise in web technologies and problem-solving skills will be vital as you tackle challenges and drive innovation within the team. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the frontend development of Governance solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
• Develop scenarios related to risk management, moderation, and service care.
• Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.

Requirements

• Excellent web technology skills, particularly with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
• Experience integrating with web services using JSON, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with Node build systems.
• Experience using asynchronous APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with any major JavaScript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience.
• Experience with large-scale website architecture.
