About the position

GDIT is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. This role involves the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, including technical analysis, software development, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. The position requires a strong background in various technologies and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions for the US Federal Government marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software development and application in production.
• Conduct technical analysis of requirements.
• Develop software applications using various technologies.
• Implement automated testing and builds.
• Manage deployment and monitoring of applications.
• Gather and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in TypeScript Application Development.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular 2.x, version 14+.
• 5+ years of experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS development, including AWS CloudFormation and AWS OpenSearch.
• Experience with Docker/containerized development.
• Proficient in Java (JEE Development), Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience with JUNIT and GIT LAB.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma.
