About the position

Sun World International is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team focused on developing innovative solutions in the agri-tech space. The role involves implementing new systems and enhancing existing ones, with an emphasis on agile methodologies and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic programmer and systematic thinker, capable of communicating technical decisions effectively to stakeholders and thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate and collaborate in various team activities/ceremonies (stand-ups, code reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
• Create clear technical specifications
• Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for clients
• Contribute to technical analysis and design of various products
• Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of clients
• Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability, refining and rewriting as necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior full stack developer (minimum 6 years experience)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Comfortable with Agile practices
• Strong communication skills in a team environment, including peer reviews and mentoring
• Ownership and pride in work
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Experience with Python, Django, Micro-services, HTML, JavaScript, Web API, REST, Angular, TypeScript, React, Express, and GIT
