We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer with our industry-leading client. This position is hybrid in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and requires applicants to be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. The role involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities including the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications to meet the requirements of various user areas. The Senior Full Stack Developer will engage in both new development and the support, maintenance, or enhancement of existing applications. Close collaboration with client management is essential to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. The developer will also be responsible for researching and evaluating alternative solutions and making informed recommendations based on their findings. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with WebLogic Portal and J2EE technologies. They should be experienced in 3-tier, n-tier, cloud computing, and microservices architecture. A strong background in Angular, NgRx, RxJS, and micro-frontend development is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in designing and developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js. Familiarity with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger is also necessary. The candidate must have hands-on experience in writing RESTful web services using Spring/JAX-RS and should be adept in agile methodologies, particularly using CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, experience in developing and building microservices leveraging AWS Cloud Services is crucial, along with Spring Portlet development experience. A good working knowledge of HTML, Ajax, JQuery, and JavaScript is expected, as well as experience with source control systems like SVN/GIT. Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and exposure to PL/SQL is a plus, as is AWS Cloud development experience and AWS Developer Certification. Experience with WebCenter ADF Framework and Remote portlet configurations is also beneficial. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally have experience in the securities or financial services industry.
