Senior Full Stack Developer

About the position

The purpose of a 6-year Full Stack Developer is to leverage advanced technical expertise in Node.js & React js. to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure server-side applications. The developer is expected to drive innovation, contribute to the architecture, and ensure seamless integration with frontend systems and third-party APIs. They play a critical role in optimizing application performance, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Implement design patterns and coding best practices for high-quality deliverables.
• Design, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write complex queries, stored procedures, and perform database optimization.
• Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support frontend requirements and integrate with third-party services.
• Ensure secure and efficient communication between client and server-side components.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing to maintain application quality.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to gather and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of hands-on programming in Responsive Web app development.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Node.js, NPM, Webpack, CSS, Git.
• Solid understanding of Responsive Web development best practices.
• Experience with integration to external systems via REST APIs and/or JSON response.
• Experience with integration of various Analytics and Ads SDKs.
• Experience in Test Driven Development and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies in project delivery.
• Able to work independently with a great sense of responsibility and possess strong team spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
