About the position

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Zoom, you will focus on DevOps, particularly in building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines while working with modern technologies. You will be part of the rapidly growing Zoom Workforce Management team, contributing to the development of workforce management solutions within the Zoom Contact Center team. Responsibilities

• Turn product requirements into delightful user experiences
• Build quality CI/CD pipelines using Turborepo, Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab
• Design databases, backend services, and UI components using Next.js, TailwindCSS, Node.js, GraphQL, and Typescript
• Utilize tools for debugging and tracing production systems
• Help design software architecture, coding standards, and code quality standards
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is thoroughly tested and documented

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Node.js, and Typescript
• Expertise in git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced proficiency in SQL databases and understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience with Next.js, Prisma ORM, GraphQL, TailwindCSS, Fastify, and familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile development, open source or personal projects, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and enterprise package distribution (e.g., Jfrog, Artifactory)
