About the position

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Front-end Focused role is designed for an experienced software developer who will work on large web applications, primarily focusing on front-end solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies and the ability to create responsive layouts from mockups. The engineer will collaborate with teams to develop high-performance applications and contribute to the overall software development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large web applications with a focus on front-end solutions.
• Create responsive layouts in HTML/CSS based on design mockups.
• Collaborate with backend systems to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Utilize modern web development tools and frameworks such as React and NodeJS.
• Implement functional programming design patterns in software development.
• Master version control using Git and maintain code quality through best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience working on large web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, ES6+, NodeJS, React, and Redux.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and computer science principles.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5 architecture and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Ability to build layouts with responsive breakpoints from mockups.
• Experience with the overall JavaScript ecosystem.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience building lightweight layouts for mobile devices and touch interfaces.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
• Experience with relational and graph databases and optimizing queries.
• Knowledge of PHP and popular frameworks.
• Familiarity with other frontend frameworks like Angular, Vue, or Ember.
• Experience with Typescript and GraphQL.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, code coverage tools, and log monitoring tools.
