About the position

Infosys is seeking a Senior Full stack Java developer with Angular and Microservices. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module. Additionally, you will lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. This position is based out of Richardson, TX, and candidates must be located within commuting distance of Richardson or be willing to relocate to the area. The role may also require travel to project locations. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create high-level design artifacts for software applications.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing, including unit, integration, and system testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Java Microservices, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Java microservices development (Spring Boot, microservices, SOAP/REST APIs).
• Efficient knowledge of tools like Jenkins, GIT, and continuous integration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
