About the position

Kforce is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Programmer to manage and oversee software/system development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern development technologies, particularly Angular, C#, and .NET, along with expertise in SQL. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively, with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in logistics or distribution being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee software/system development projects from planning to execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and provide effective solutions
• Establish and enforce software development best practices and standards
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare specifications and documentation
• Ensure comprehensive user training and smooth software deployment
• Contribute to business intelligence analysis and planning efforts
• Identify system/software needs and deliver solutions to meet end-user requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and CSS
• Strong experience with Angular needed
• Proficiency with .NET Framework 4.5 or newer versions
• Strong background in SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and triggers
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Reporting Services and Analysis Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
