About the position

The Senior Full Stack React JS Developer will play a crucial role in understanding business objectives and problems, identifying alternative solutions, and performing studies and cost/benefit analyses. This position requires a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on automating processes and improving existing computer systems. The role involves collaborating with various organizational units to analyze operational procedures and user requirements, ultimately leading to the development or modification of computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and problems to identify alternative solutions.
• Perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Collaborate with personnel to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for development or modification of programs.
• Review computer system capabilities and specifications to determine feasibility of requested changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven front-end development experience using HTML/CSS, Javascript, and React JS.
• Proven back-end development experience using Java.
• Proven database development experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• Cloud web application development experience using AWS technologies such as AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

• Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
• Dev Ops experience is preferred.
