About the position

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer at Springs Window Fashions plays a crucial role in the Product Development team, focusing on the SolarTrac® shade automation solutions. This position involves leading software development tasks, including technical design, application development, and creating testing tools. The developer will also mentor junior team members and ensure that customer requirements are effectively integrated into the software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on software development tasks including specification, technical design, and development of web-based and cloud-based products.
• Design and develop software-based tools for unit testing, UI testing, debugging, and stress testing software products.
• Quantify and develop voice of the customer requirements to ensure targeted solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• Back-End design experience with Delphi, C++, mySQL, Go, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
• Front End GUI design experience using HTML, CSS, React, Angular, JavaScript, jsNode, jQuery, AJAX is a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows OS (all current versions) and Linux OS (Ubuntu).
• Familiarity with security protocols (TLS, SSL, HTTPS).
• Ability to create testing protocols and frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Front End GUI design.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.
