The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team is dedicated to building innovative tech solutions that enhance the advertising experience on the platform. This includes developing tools for understanding and optimizing ad creatives, as well as creating a marketplace that connects advertisers with creators and agencies. The team is focused on driving technology advancements in the ads tech and creative industry, ensuring that products deliver value to clients and creators alike. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable and reliable software solutions, collaborating with global teams, and making a significant impact in the advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to tackle challenges that come with developing user-friendly solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Build the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem with creative/landing page understanding, production/generation, optimization, TikTok creative exchange, etc.
• Understand product objectives and drive the development of user-friendly solutions to satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C++.
• 5+ years of working experience as a full stack engineer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in or previous experience of monetization technology is a plus.
