This includes developing tools for ad creative understanding, production, and optimization, which are essential for empowering advertisers and creators to deliver engaging content. The team is focused on driving technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, ensuring that products are user-friendly and meet customer needs. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem, collaborating with global teams to create scalable and reliable software solutions that make a significant impact on the business and its users.

Responsibilities

• Build the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem with creative/landing page understanding, production/generation, optimization, TikTok creative exchange, etc.
• Understand product objectives and develop user-friendly solutions to satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C++.
• 5+ years of working experience as a full stack engineer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in or previous experience of monetization technology is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the advertising technology sector.
• Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and creative marketplaces.
