About the position
As a full-stack engineer at Recruiting from Scratch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering direction of our innovative AI-first product aimed at transforming private M&A deal-making. This position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape the engineering direction and workload.
- Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI and LLMs.
- Collaborate closely with external partners to fuel growth.
- Contribute to product decisions, direction, and prioritization.
- Develop an LLM-driven self-auditing system to increase confidence in LLM transformations.
- Build an AI-native Excel sheet for quantitative synthesis.
- Create a dynamic research summarization engine to provide key insights.
- Fine-tune LLMs to drive task-specific improvements.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
