About the position

The Senior Functional or Software Pharmacy Business Analyst role is focused on contributing to the design, build, and support of large-scale IT solutions within the pharmacy sector. This position requires a high level of organization, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance pharmacy operations through modern technologies and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, build, and support of large-scale IT solutions using modern technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Lead discussions and present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document technical changes thoroughly and maintain high-quality work products.
• Design and wireframe UI improvements that are intuitive for end users.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Functional or Software Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills.
• Critical thinking skills with a focus on new ideas and technologies.
• Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• A degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations or healthcare.
