The incumbent will also identify, document, and resolve moderate to complex risks, defects, and issues while analyzing market trends for competitive insights to drive business value statements and platform recommendations. Furthermore, the analyst will mentor junior resources, sharing their functional and organizational knowledge to advance their professional track career. The role demands active participation in the full product management delivery lifecycle, leveraging advanced knowledge of modern product management practices such as Agile/Scrum and Kanban. The analyst will lead various aspects of business analysis, including business requirements definition, documentation, user testing, and ensuring minimal production defects. Effective communication with team members, customers, partners, and management is essential, as the analyst will assist in leading requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, and providing accurate documentation.
