About the position

The Senior GenAI Developer and GenAI Developer roles focus on building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications in Azure. The positions require expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, backend and frontend development, and AI engineering, particularly in the context of Azure services and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level RAG applications in Azure.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Manage Azure resources and infrastructure using Terraform and Azure CLI.
• Develop backend services in Python, integrating with Azure services.
• Create and manage document processing pipelines for language translation and embedding text chunks.
• Develop frontend applications using React and Typescript, ensuring smooth integration with backend APIs.
• Implement security measures for both backend and frontend applications, particularly with Azure AD.

Requirements

• Proficient in Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, CosmosDB, Azure Search, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
• Experience with Azure CLI, Azure DevOps, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficient in Python for backend development, including Flask and API integration.
• Familiarity with RAG applications and Azure OpenAI models.
• Experience in frontend development using React and Typescript.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Makefile scripting and handling Azure resource provider registration.
• Knowledge of security best practices and network security in Azure.
• Familiarity with state management in React using Redux or context API.
