About the position

The Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM) will play a pivotal role in the Global Marketing team at HireRight, focusing on the growth of the ABM function. This position is responsible for implementing impactful ABM programs aimed at driving enterprise account acquisition and expansion across various regions, thereby accelerating pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in ABM, while collaborating with sales and marketing stakeholders to achieve marketing pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand the complexities of the global Enterprise market, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to design and implement a comprehensive ABM plan targeting high-value accounts.
  • Analyze market data to identify and prioritize key accounts for ABM efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead the roll-out of multi-channel marketing programs and adapt strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
  • Work with Content Strategists to develop content distribution plans that lead to pipeline acceleration in ABM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to understand account needs and ensure alignment on messaging and strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, refining strategies based on insights.
  • Oversee ABM budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine ABM tactics.
  • Contribute to broader marketing transformation efforts by integrating innovative approaches into ABM strategies.
  • Promote the value of ABM across the business to maximize its impact on revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise B2B integrated marketing.
  • 3+ years in ABM-focused roles.
  • Proven success in developing and executing ABM programs that drive pipeline growth.
  • Proactive self-starter with strategic and growth mindset.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer's journey stages, and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience with ABM, Marketing Automation, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Bombora, etc.).
  • Analytical skills to track key performance metrics and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail in execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with global team members across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
