About the position

The Senior Global Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing change management deliverables within a global team, utilizing a waterfall methodology. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage executive and advisory meetings, ensuring that deliverables are met without the need for extensive guidance. The position is designed for an experienced professional who can adapt to changing project needs and effectively communicate risks and issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage change management deliverables using waterfall methodology.
  • Conduct executive meetings every two weeks and advisory meetings.
  • Report on work and review deliverables.
  • Work autonomously and independently without hand-holding.
  • Plan and implement deliverables effectively.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Change Management as a Change Lead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management expertise.
  • Change leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of impact assessment.
  • Ability to articulate technology knowledge and experience.

  • Background in consultancy work.
  • Experience in system implementation.
